Apart from the general merriment and festive atmosphere, being a high-class escort in London in the winter means mulled wine, hot chocolate, sparkly lights, Christmas windows, cosy movie nights, roaring fires… and shopping dates and presents! What’s not to love?

Despite the nice things about the season, it’s always a busy time — between work dinners, family commitments, parties, and holiday planning, this can be a stressful time of year. It’s easy to feel like you’re being pulled in a million different directions.
That’s why it’s so important to take some time — don’t forget about yourself in all the hubbub! Here are a few things that I do to make sure I’m looking after myself at this time of year.
Stay hydrated — with water, not alcohol or caffeine! It will really help with that party-fatigue.
Get your flu shot! It won’t protect you from every strain of influenza, but it will give you a much better chance of getting through the season without feeling too unwell. And on that note, take your vitamins, especially vitamin D, which is so important in winter (we all need a bit of D in the winter...)
And finally, remember to take some time out just for yourself. Book a massage, go on a long winter walk — and why not set aside an evening to luxuriate in the embrace of your favourite London brunette escort? After all, you’ve been good all year, and you deserve a treat. Or maybe I should put you on my naughty list...
